Here you can also see that he's rubbing a sponge against his ass, right before cleaning some pans with it. Total disrespect for their workplace, and the customers. Disgusting, though I'm sure similar things happens in a lot of restaurants/fast food places all over the world.

People like that obviously don't like their job, and if you dislike your job enough to do stupid things like that, you shouldn't have it.

And it might just be that it is safer to eat at a Domino's restaurant now, after such an incident, then before everyone knew about this. The thing is, though, that you never know. You just have to trust the people making your food.

May means spring and warmer weather, which is nice after a long, cold and wet winter. It also means the Norwegian Constitution day (17th), which is always nice. Hot dogs and ice cream for everyone!!

..and exam period (D/Dt = ∂/∂t + u[∂/∂x] + v[∂/∂y] + w[∂/∂z]), which is not always so nice, but hey, it ain't too bad. I chose this myself anyway.

The extra sunlight and warmth makes it feel good anyway.

..I like how it gets more interesting as you go along. Right now I'm getting into the shit I've always wanted to learn; Meteorology, Cloud Physics, and the dynamics of the atmosphere and ocean.

And this autumn I'll be going to Svalbard to learn about Polar Meteorology and Polar Ocean Climate. Oh yeah!

It's still a lot to wrap your head around, though, but atleast it's mostly fun. Besides, I have learned to be a structured, as opposed to a sloppy, student... and that really helps a lot, too.

I would never use Twitter. I haven't even looked at it. If it's like what I've heard, a more fast paced facebook, I'm not there. But even then, I already use facebook, I don't need that other crap.

Anyway, that's not what I meant to say.

I'm thinking about.. exams, packing up and moving, how tired I am, a lack of money (just enough to get by), guitar practicing (I.. can't do natural harmonics and hammer ons and pull offs), and this girl that I like.

Oh, well I figured out how to do natural harmonics. I was doing it kind of wrong, as I was pressing the string down on the fret, as opposed to just holding it very lightly over the fret, which is what you're supposed to do. Pressing down a string (or several) on a fret and make it sound good is hard.

And just in case I threw someone off, a fret is a metal strip on the guitars fretboard that separates one semi-tone from another. And I'm sorry for boring you with guitar talk.

As for Guitar Hero.. I like the one where you can have one guitarist, one drummer and one singer. That's a bit fun even though I'm not very good. I can do above 80 % on pretty much every song on easy, but once I try medium, I make sure the entire band gets booed off stage.

Oh yeah, and this spring I haven't had any lectures or anything I had to do on Friday's as well, but I pretty much always made sure to get done my share of reading on those days anyway. It really does help to have your own desk at the university, though. I have become a much better and more structured student since I got one of those. It's almost like working at an office. Granted, an office where you can come and go as you please, but still... It makes it easier to be firm with yourself.

I think one should always have room for fun, even when exams are coming up. I wouldn't be able to read all the time, I need some time do other things. I find it helps to say I am to read from about 8 to 4 Monday to Friday, and when exams come up, perhaps an extra few hours later in the evening, but make sure to have breaks. Breaks are very important.

I'll still have a few beers and relax on Friday evenings (though it is noticeable that the amount of people thinking that it's still a good idea is somewhat decreasing. ), yet I will read for a few hours during the weekend as well. But not so much as during the regular weekdays.

Exam period isn't that much different from the rest of the year for me, just a little more reading. I wouldn't be able to do it any other way. After reading for a certain amount of time, a break always forces its way through anyway. I always need my time to recharge.

I have no idea, but probably no more than six hours. I have almost always had trouble falling asleep, it takes a long time for me to do so. And when sleeping around others, I'm usually almost always the last one to fall asleep (and the first one to wake up).

Every night I go to bed, and set my alarm, at such times so that I would get 8 hours of sleep, if I were to sleep the entire time I stayed in bed, but I'm always awake before my alarm sounds.

So yeah, I'm usually almost always tired, one way or another, but I've somewhat gotten used to it. I don't know why it is like this, but I do think this is the reason why I sometimes find it hard to concentrate, get unfocused easily, and may appear somewhat 'slower' than others. Perhaps this is also feeding my aggression, but usually I'm quite a happy and optimistic person, even though I sometimes can get really pissed off.

I remember when there was a thread like this in the old Lost Threads forum. I used to merge myself with the furniture.

I wish I had the creativity now to come up with something totally crazy and off the wall. Something really unexpected in a 'what the fuck!?' kind of way. I always find that to be amusing, especially if I'm really tired.

Maybe I should go without sleep for a few days to see what happens. Or not.. but I want to contribute to something fun happening. I need to find the path to my creative juices of totally random craziness. If I do have something like that.

((... And just since I was thinking about it, I don't really want to post here while drunk, because that usually just leads to annoying stupid-stupid that really is not that much fun. Just to bad I don't always think like that when I actually *am* drunk. ))

...you know, kind of like spontaneous madness.

I can sleep when it is light, but not during daytime. If you've ever been north of the polar circle during summer (which I bet you haven't...) you would know that it is pretty much daylight 24/7. The sun doesn't get below the horizon, see axial tilt.

So yeah, my sleep is more time dependant then light-dark dependant. I have never been able to sleep during daytime, and yes I have tried. I could never sleep while on/in a moving vehicle. Also, north of the polar circle during winter it gets kind of dark, too. Doesn't make any difference to the sleep schedual.

There are many interesting flavours of beer, but I've never had one that tastes purely like chocolate. That would be kind of cool. I could actually see that working. Haha!

If I knew where to get liquid chocolate I might have tried to mix it with beer just to see what it tastes like. I don't think it would be very good though, but you never know until you've tried!

I think the title of the song says it right there. I have never heard about this band before though, really. I stumbled across this song first here. (Children of Bodom's version, which I like better). I tried to learn it on guitar, too, but I do not have that much experience with guitar playing, so it is kind of hard.

Another strange thing is that I think the dude in the first video kind of looks like me (of course not quite, but I do think there is a certain level of resemblance. ) And yes, I have long hair.

Haha, and then I found this, too. (Video where he talks about CoB covering their song.) This guy is my new hero. Haha.

I have an electric guitar. I can't play any one song, except for a somewhat slowed down version of the Norwegian national anthem. Yeah.

And I don't know any real chords, just the basic power chord (), but as most of the songs I want to learn seem to mostly just use power chords anyway, that hasn't been a problem...

I can *almost* play the intro to Welcome Home (Sanitarium) by Metallica as well, now. I'm just struggling with hammer-on/pull offs and getting the tempo right.

It seems now that I'm on my way to be what I don't want to be; the kind of person that can play the intros to a few songs here and there, but not much else. But I suppose with time something might happen.

Atleast I have noticed that if I actually do practice... I also make progress. Noticeable progress, but not by any means quick progress.

..well, I found it. It was in the right pocket of the pants I wore yesterday. Strange thing is, that was the first place I checked... yet I didn't find it there then. Suppose I didn't check thorough enough, but still. It's a fucking pocket, and it's not that big. Whatever.

My first one is this Friday, Atmospheric and Ocean Dynamics (100 level course). It's mostly physics, just have to understand the physics, remember the formulas, know what they do/describe, and know how to use them. I should think...

Next one is next Thursday, in Meteorology (100 level course), it's also a bunch of formulas, but somewhat less physics, and some more descriptive stuff, radiation, energy budgets and cloud/raindrop formation, adiabatic heating, rising and sinking of air parcels, frontal systems and uh...

Last one is an oral exam in Physical Meteorology (200 level course) on June 5th, pretty similar to the meteorology course, but more physics (strange, no? ), and focuses a lot more on clouds and radiation. Almost half the course is also very similar to the climatology course (the radiation part) I took before christmas. Should go well.

Yeah, I like concerts. Used to go to a lot of concerts just a few years ago, but had to cut down, because it costs money. But I still go every now and then if some interesting metal band or other shows up and I have some cash.

Concerts are awesome.

Craziest mosh pit would be the Hole in the Sky Metal festival a few years ago. Entombed (swedish death metal) followed by Kreator (german thrash metal) and Testament (US thrash metal). I was in heaven, and totally pumped afterwards. An awesome thing with Testament was that they took people up on stage with them. At the end of the concert it was a big fucking crowd up there.

And when I saw Mayhem, and Attila (the vocalist) came on stage dressed in toilet paper and had a tea party all by himself, eating fruit and reading the newspaper. Not what you'd expect from a black metal band.

In Flames were pretty cool too. The took this guy up on stage and had him sing an entire song. He totally sucked, but it was a cool thing nonetheless.

And Metallica last summer were awesome live, even though it rained. Who cares, "it's just water!". Before the concert even started, some guy behind me was taking a piss right in the middle of the crowd. Hahaha, hell yeah! Rock on!
