| This isn't technically a help question, but I wasn't sure where else to post this. http://kotaku.com/5412516/mario-64-used-to-have-multiplayer Mario 64 had multiplayer? Knowing how Nintendo is with beta stuff, could this code still be in the ROM? Obviously we're quite a long way away from decoding it, but wild speculation is always nice.  |

| That's probably an emulator setting, not just something in game. And from what I know, European ROMs aren't supported right now. |

| I understand what you're trying to do, but what you're asking would require you to understand how the game code works. Sure it would be possible, but every N64 game is different, so you would need to start from scratch with this. |

| Then you probably won't be creating a Yellow Switch Box. Basically, it's code that you can use to write your own hex code for the ROM. Although I'm not sure if messian uses ASM or something like C for this. |

| One day we'll be able to do anything we want to SM64. Just look at what they've done with SMW. But we'll need to get an object geometry importer first, instead of just the level one we have now. |

| If you're making an actual hack, then you need to replace those textures in TT64, not just making a texture pack. And yeah, you'll need more than textures for a complete hack. |

| You would need to change the memory addresses that the codes affect, and even then new codes could be made. So the answer is no, it's not possible. Unless you put a lot of work into it. |

| The star selectors have always seemed buggy to me. I know there's something about SM64's coding where the 6th star selector doesn't work, but I'm hoping the others will be fixed for TT6. |
