I don't have a Mac. I've messed around with OS X a bit in VMware before, but that's about it.


I also really dislike people who idolise Apple - I just went with an iPhone because I like how it works, and the huge amount of apps available for it (even excluding the tons of crapware). I'm not a fan of their business decisions at all.

And yes, iTunes is terrible You can install apps from the phone itself, though.

AdBlock is great. I can't tolerate browsing the internet without it... especially since so many sites are full of ads. I'm fine with Jul's because they're not in your face or overused (at the bottom of the page except on the index page) and they're not intrusive. Jul is the only site I've whitelisted. (I'd whitelist Project Wonderful in general, but AdBlock for Chrome doesn't seem to let me do that... )


I never click ads, anyway, except for the PW ones on Jul (and even then only rarely).

You know what also drives me insane? Those sites where random links are turned into hover ads.

Wait ... popup ads still exist?

I haven't seen one in years... and I don't even go out of my way to block them (aside from Chrome's default popup blocker, and whatever stuff AdBlock does)

I just noticed this on the wiki article...


I don't know if it's relevant or not, but that thing reminds me of the purple blob in SMG2 which expands into an electric circle on the ground (used in a few of the castles)

If you can parse that .map file, it contains names and addresses for every function in the game code... might be useful for finding unused/debug stuff

Well, guess what? If you beat 9-8 with 301 seconds left on the timer, you'll unlock the secret world 10, Bullshit Land! Beating levels in world 10 will give you fun secrets like Waluigi in NSMBW, Luigi in SM64 (if you have the VC version) -- and when you collect every star coin, you'll unlock World -1!

You know, if I had any kind of skill at SMW hacking, I'd actually try to do something like this.

It'd be fun to see someone's reaction when they tripped it.
