If only... Still, seems like something incredibly stupid from EA, I thought they kinda knew things at least about how to sell games, if not make them good.

"Sex Sells" may apply, but it seriously hurts gaming's image as a whole, and lets crazies point and say "I was RIGHT!", you'd think EA would at least have the sense to not do this.

Most of the Tales Of games, most of the Growlanser games, and Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door.

Off the top of my head, those are games that I haven't played and kinda want to, though I'm probably missing more than one, like the one I know I forgot as I was typing this post. Oh wait, that was Armored Core 2, I completely missed all the early AC games, and lots of people seem to like them more than the newer ones.

Considering I didn't exist 20 years ago, I can't really remember 'those days' handhelds didn't happen for me for a while.

Anyway, the first Gameboy system I got was a color with Pokemon Red, I actually gave it away after it's speaker got kinda screwy and I already had an advance... Kinda wish I hadn't now...

I'm approximately 5 1/2 hours in, and so far it's pretty awesome. (Also I had to drive around to get it so I'll add the first yes-vote to the very unbalanced poll )

For the battle system, although you only control the leader character, I, who absolutely hated XII's, love this one. The whole Paradigm thing lets you pretty much make the AI do whatever you want it to do without gambits or having to pause to enter commands - which you can't do anyway. The combat is very fast-paced, compared to XII's weird MMO-esque-pace, it's been fun so far, and I haven't even unlocked many abilities yet.

I had braces on for a loong time, had to deal with that stupid thing on the top of my mouth with the key too, ugh.

I did brush my teeth though, pretty much because they showed me a picture of someone's mouth who didn't and it scared the crap out of me. Still, had to get four wisdom teeth removed just three weeks ago, dental surgery sucks, good luck with the tooth.

At least it's not as bad as my Dad's dental situation though, he's a complete mess. Broke a tooth in half from grinding them in his sleep for years, then has even more problems this past summer because of the grinding(he bought a mouthguard, I guess it's just residual stuff) and hasn't been pain free since, despite having several root canals which all turned out to be in the wrong place.

In addition, they'd have to have as many games as possible if they wanted to compete with the 'normal' gaming methods, which appears to be their goal. I just can't see how they'd A: Seriously make it stable, B: Get enough high-power servers to accommodate every single gamer, and C: Afford to upgrade them all regularly. Considering that their costs theoretically increase at the same speed as their userbase, $15 a month just does not cover that.

Considering how not-often Metroid games are made(comparatively speaking anyway), and that there's pretty much never been two in development at once, I don't think you can really call any Metroid game a spinoff besides the pinball one. This is supposed to be the next BIG Metroid game, I don't think a rail shooter would've cut it.

I never actually finished this game, mostly because I was expecting a game with a plot like the first tactics game and felt let down. Clan name Jul sounds fine, and fitting.

As for a character representative, well, obviously I'd like Red Mage, but if it's already taken... a Blue Mage would be nice.

I think I might be competition for Metal_Man in the "strangely underweight" area, 6'0" and around 130 lbs(it floats around there, I've been bouncing back and forth between 127 and 133 for a few years), though no walk-stories from me, being a cross-country runner makes walking seem a little not-scary.

I also should probably start doing a little bit of lifting, though I'm an alright runner, I have no upper body strength at all. Although I'm not very interested in gaining muscle, it's pretty pathetic to have even minor difficulty lifting two gallons of liquid at once.

Half Irish here, and I totally missed wearing green today, oh well. I've never really been one to care about my heritage very much anyway.

Still, I think I manage to do this every year, all my non-Irish friends wind up wearing green whereas I completely forget or don't have a green shirt to wear, kinda funny the way that happens.

I might get a new DS soon, especially because something happened to my stylus slot and now the stylus flies out if you so much as pick it up quickly, but if I do, it won't be one of these.

There's really nothing it has over the normal DSi, I prefer smaller, really, and I'm not even sure if I want one of those over a DS lite. Still, I'm glad it exists, if for no other reason than maybe not-XL DSi's might get cheaper now.

Actually, it is the Stylus slot, I've lost several due to forgetting about it and then 'whoops' they go flying and are never seen again, brand new styluses(is that right? Styluses?) just fall right out. Once I managed to lose a stylus by simply walking with my DS in my back pocket, it's pretty bad. It's not like I've been buying them like crazy, a five pack lasted me several years, after all, it's just annoying as hell.

No idea how it happened either, gave it to my little brother once and it came back that way, he swears he doesn't know either, but that's the way it is.

Voted unsure, as it's the closest choice to "I don't care", which is my answer.

I like VII, but I like most of the other games more, so eh. If it gets remade and the remake adds stuff to it, I'll probably get it, but I won't really mind if it doesn't. A proper Tactics sequel(don't care if there are other races or not, just want a storyline like the first already.) or remake of IX both catch my interest more as well.

Just took it for the second and final time this past December(would've been November but I killed my leg and was on prescription painkillers that day so yeaaah no), I'll post the combination of my best scores, since that's what pretty much every school says they consider:

770-Reading 750-Math 680-Writing = 2200 / 2400 (1520/1600, stupid writing section)

I dunno about colleges not caring about them for money, since I've gotten a decent amount offered from most schools I applied to, and I don't do much extracurricular blah(Just Cross-country and ACSL), and certainly not Valedictorian(rank 16 is good enough...).

Then again it's not as if I applied to Harvard/MIT/Yale or something crazy because I knew I'd get no money from them and holy hell expensive.

As a side note, SAT II's, I did them too, just Math II(680) and Physics(660). I did not study enough for either of them.

Ugggghhhhh, wasps are evil, horrible, and generally unpleasant.

When we moved into the house we're in now, the backyard was infested with wasps. A few hours a day every day the first summer were spent looking for and killing wasp nests, and they still came back the next year.

Eventually it started to work, but we still get some now and then, they just don't want to leave us alone.

I've been around since I2, spring 2004. For Rom Hacking mostly, though I was kinda an idiot then.

And I've also somehow kept up a tradition of randomly disappearing for half a year(or more) at a time since then, really, I need to stop doing that. Missed most of I3 because of it, though I somehow caught the Board 2 boat, and then the Jul boat from there, and here I am. After disappearing for half a year. Again. Though this time I actually had a reason, killed my right leg and physical therapy is time consuming.
