Technically all you really need is a mason jar and something to filter it out with at the end, but I did find that was a pain in the arse so I still really recommend the Hario bottles, at least to start with. They make everything very easy, they are easy to make the coffee with, and easy to clean up. The bottle is handy in the fridge. Well, I still suck at fashion, but I need to inform you all that my socks have bananas on them. And they came in a set with socks with strawberries and watermelon and pineapple.
