Yeah. Basically because Sonic hacks are entirely dissasembled it's unpractical for technical reasons to have them as a patch, so generally the entire ROM is to be posted anyways.

As long as it lets me specify the color palette with absolutely any colors of my choice, it wouldn't be a problem. But if it goes to default palettes ruining color choices and dithering then :V

Generally, that's the problem when playing a Glass Cannon in any game. You can do insane damage, but mobs kill you on every step. And it's easy to neglect entirely defenses to focus in MORE firepower.

Granted, in some games it actually works, but I don't think this is the case.

Actually, more seriously now... Most of Yume Nikki's music is great for sleeping. Specially if you can play it on loop from RPGMaker.
