My assumption would be that since Save States contain some of the RAM from that state in the game, he could locate the object in memory and get it's coordinates from there. Then he'd be able to use those coordinates and search for them in the ROM.

I love how Kirby and Yoshi don't seem to be concerned for BG in the slightest.

It rained several times for me and I never had that issue. Of course I wasn't really paying attention since I was digging straight down to the new cave systems. And the hidden fun stuff. Oh god the hidden fun stuff.

My biggest beef is the change of the homepage. (Though not everyone reports this change apparently. )They changed it to a feed sort of thing. Apparently they want to copy facebook. The biggest issue that I have is that subscriptions have no priority over any over your friends, and also that it shows their ratings and favorites and stuff. It's incredibly annoying to quickly locate my subscription uploads. Another issue I have is that though the quicklist feature is still there to add videos to your quicklist by clicking the button on the video thumbnails, there is no longer any link to my quicklist on the main page. (Or the video page for that matter.) |

Well Ruby/Sapphire's incompatibility was because the hardware between the GB/GBA isn't compatible mostly. They couldn't have helped it. I really doubt they'll do much other than mix up the story formula. Well, I hope that's all they do. Battle mechanics are pretty sublime as they are now. (Except perhaps the over powered Stealth Rock should be nerfed a bit.)

A dynamic battle screen seems likely. Perhaps there will be REAL attack animations for each pokemon? That'd be pretty insane. I'm somewhat undecided about the new OW. The fact that it looks more like a city is awesome, but I think the perspective is a bit too exaggerated. (Though I guess that relative sizes have always been off in pokemon overworlds. )

Light type is unnecessary. I'm surprised they were able to get the elemental rock paper scissors working so well with 17 types, I'm sure it'd be hell to rebalance it by adding another type, especially if they wanted to keep the original 17 weakness/resistances in tact. Edit: On another topic, I wonder how many legendaries we'll get. To be honest, the amount of legendaries in D/P was ridiculous. R/B only had 5, D/P has... a lot.

Correction: Smeargle doesn't become ??? type with roost. Whenever I pokemon uses roost the flying type turns to ???. Since Smeargle doesn't have a flying subtype, it just stays normal. (I'm sure that if you use a fighting type attack on Smeargle the turn it roosts it will be super effective still.) Flying type Arceus, on the other hand, would, since he's the only mono-flying type. But he doesn't learn roost anyways.

Yeah, we could definitely use some different elemental combos. I'd love to see more fighting type combos, since right now there really isn't that many. I mean, we could have a Steel/Fight that was like a rock 'em sock 'em robot. Or a Fight/Ground. That'd be interesting.

I think the main reason Charizard and Gyarados weren't given dragon type is because they'd be overpowered for the most part. Fire/Dragon would only be weak to Rock, Ground and Dragon. (And a starter losing it's weakness to it's rivals starter poke is just wrong.) Water/Dragon is only weak to Dragon type period. I'm also in favor of a Farfetch'd evolution. A Kecleon evo would be nice too. ![]()

I got one of those WiFi connectors when I was trying to hook up my wii to the internet. It didn't work too well, it'd work for like a day or so but then I'd have to reinstall it to get it to work again, but I'm not sure if it was faulty or because it was some older model that didn't work for some reason with the wii. It was probably faulty. |
