Been a while since I made a thread, lets see how this goes.



OK, so a couple weeks back, some friends of mine turned me onto this game they found. The game was called Multitask and its a simple flash-like game that has the player playing 4 simple mini games at the same time. It starts off easy, but when you unlock all 4 mini games its gets pretty hectic and pretty darn fun. They played it for a while and mentioned it be cool if it had different mini-games to play. I took their comment to heart and created BrainSplit.

BrainsSplit is just like Multitask in that it tests your focusing skills and reflexes. Be sure to read the included ReadMe and press F1 in game for more instructions.

BrainSplit is a simple puzzle arcade game for PC that I made in Summer of 2009. You can download it from my website
In BrainSplit, you have to play 4 different mini-games at the same time as you try to achieve a high score. It starts off easy and slowly gets very frantic and hectic. There are 10 Achievements to get and bonuses to unlock. Be sure to read the instructions and be sure to leave comments about what you like/don't like.

Bohemian Rhapsody would have been nice. Though maybe there isn't enough guitar in it..although with Guitar Hero 5 they had no problem including extensive piano/non-guitar parts. Still, I may actually get this pack.

There's more guitar in it than there are drums on Polly, or vocals on YYZ...

It just seems weird not to include it.


This is totally a shot in the dark, but I'm thinking that maybe Bohemian Rhapsody is Queen's biggest mainstream hit and so the rights to use it aren't as easy to get as any of their other songs. Or maybe someone somewhere is just being a jackass..who knows..

N64 N64 N64 I see there's no love for Nintendo's little black box that could. In terms of quality first party Nintendo games...you just don't beat the N64 in my opinion. The amount of hours logged and fun had in Goldeneye/PerfectDark/Smash Bros/MarioKart 64/F-Zero multiplayer matches with my cousins trumps any amount of time spent with any other console.

It was actually the N64 that got me into SNES and NES games..hehe Its what made me a gamer really. In fact, I think I'm gonna start looking for one to buy and rebuild my library of games.

Since the invention of the internets, I've not even glanced at the strategy guides section at my Gamestop. And I give an automatic "No thank you" whenever they try to peddle one of on me when I get a game. Seriously, I think they are mostly for eye candy now, since the actual information in them is outdated the second a game gets patched(which these days happens soon after release and often after).

Plus the info is more organized and specialized in a FAQ, and you can even ask a person a question on there if you need to. Try asking the book a question see if you get an answer..

Assasin's Creed 2 intrigues me, but I never finished the first one, so I'm playing that again. I love how there's a bunch of hidden flags and eagle viewpoint places to find. It reminds me of old-school collect-athon games. *Looks up and think of fond Banjo-Kazooie memories*

That is one of the prettiest screenshots I've ever seen(from a hacking tools standpoint) Are you focusing only on working with character models, or on level structure and world layouts? Whatever you're doing, please do continue.

You are really making a huge effort to make this as user-friendly as possible. I commend you on that, I really do. Most of these hacking apps completely ignore such considerate features like docking windows and back-ups and such. Great work man. You have inspired me to take a second look at some of my projects for school and give em some more friendly features.

Also, a small request: Next time you post a screenshot of a feature or whatever, can you maybe have it show some SMB2 stuff?

I just wanted to pop in here and praise you VL-Tone as well as messiaen on a job well done. Granted I know its not completely ready, but the work you have done deserves huge congrats. These videos of Gecko's level object and that amazing spiral mountain level object really made my jaw drop. (Banjo-Kazooie is one of my favorite games all-time) I really hope you continue on this amazing momentum and get this baby ready because I am truly getting restless now that I have seen the power of our importer.

Again phenomenal work man.

I haven't played for couple of years. But I have visited the D2 forums lately and it seems a new patch is in the making. Might have some interesting updates like bigger stash and increased rune drop rates. Soon as that's released I will definitely be logging back into that legendary game.

Speaking of Action RPG's, I am currently in the initial stages of...making one. :p I hope I can maybe get some community help on it though. More details soon.

Letter block part is weird? How so? When a block with the letter Q starts flying by,press the Q letter on your keyboard to destroy it. When a block with an F appears, press the F key to kill it. I made only letters that are close to WASD appear to make it easier to hit em. Thanks for the comments.

Oh OK. Yeah, at first that was my weakest game, I would always lose to it. But after play testing it so much, my eyes and fingers just react automatically to that game. Now, I almost always lose to the falling enemies game since my eyes just naturally stay more focused on the shooting game. I'm gonna try to include online score tracker functionality and also report what game most people lose to. Also so I can get more familiarized with network programming.

Good God man, how do you parse all that information in your face? I realize being a good group member involves a good bit of work, but that screen shot looks like homework.

On a side note, the new cross-realm LFG tool is probably one of the best features they've ever added. If they added this functionality to raids, even just 10 mans, I'd never log off.

I play on Zangarmarsh Realm, anyone else?

Yeah, Lego Rock Band is a pretty big let down in terms of set list. I do however like the end of set challenge mini-game cinematic thing. The Ghostbusters one is a real stand out one in my opinion. Who new that song would be fun to play?

Also, I got Rock Band Beatles as a gift and I have to say..wow! Who cares if the songs are easy, they are just so freaking good to listen to and fun to play. Turns out I am a huge Beatles fan now.

There's a guild named "Just Us League" on my realm too, any relation? Prolly not, there's actually 50+ guilds with that name across all servers.
