I am an arrogant fuckwad and cannot stand the presence of idiocy in my life. In most cases it's the preppy female in the class who thinks she knows everything. Normally I can hold back, but when you get the prof who can't tell the damn kid they're wrong, I have no choice but to give the exact and detailed answer. Only then can my burning hatred of that person be quelled. (And I come out looking like an arrogant fuckwad. Which I am.

I believe he means the Star Wars program initiated by Reagan in the 1980s. A quick sum up of it was one upping the Soviets with tactical nukes/missiles from space. This is certainly not that at all.

We're actually starting to see all the imagination and work on laser weaponry come to fruition. I'm very excited to see how far they will take this. The last thing I had heard before this was a laser at some US University which could burn through a fair few inches of wood in under 5 seconds, leaving a clean hole. Before that, they tested a plane which had a laser attached to its nose which could shoot down on-coming projectiles. (In fact, I had witnessed a prototype of this exact plane on NOVA several years back.)

Alpha is engine tests. It's in Beta at the moment. I blame the leakers for this misinformation. Anyway, the physics can be changed. Hopefully they're fixed by final. But God knows what evils lurk behind the walls of SEGA/DIMPS...

Just here to say that the ROM works best with no$gba. (I used 2.6a) DESMUME has some speed issues and such that just don't make the experience too fun.
