	The Steampipe update really helps. Loading the game is quick now (no "Steam is loading TF2..." prompt except for like a split second) and loading times initially for maps and such are much quicker. Still have no idea what the next update is. ____________________

	Indie Gala has a Tropico bundle going on. You can easily pick up Tropico Reloaded, Tropico 3, and Tropico 4 for $8, but I think it is kind of redundant to pick up 3 and 4, since they are apparently very similar. ____________________

Valve is testing the waters with a new way of choosing promo items by allowing the community to vote for them, so vote for the ones you really want to see in. The Samson Wig and Leviathan have animations. They actually look quite good with them. ____________________

	It is actually Valve's new system for promotional items. Every game that wants them has to do this. Monaco's team had to do it, Double Fine had to do it, and Skullgirls has to do it too. I think this is primarily in response to how everyone hated the BioShock Infinite promos and decided to change it up completely in order to please the community. ____________________

	Robocrate descriptions were updated yesterday, stating that there are unusual effects you can only get through those crates. I wonder what the hell is even in them. We haven't had any kind of speculation beyond these and the Lecture Valley thing this whole time. ____________________

	Kind of upset that Annie didn't win. If Beowulf is absolutely over-exaggerated, I'll probably love him, but right now I need to see if it actually turns out that way. If he is too serious then I'll probably be a little disappointed. ____________________

	And of course it was the Robotic Boogaloo update which did nothing but add in 57 hats. That's a pretty insane amount of work the community did. The site, video, hats, everything. Already got 31 of the new hats and stuff, about to be 32. Might end it there. ____________________

	Be Mine 8 is a pretty good bundle. $1 gets you Patrician IV and DLC, Slam Bolt Scrappers, Fairy Bloom Freesia, Paranautical Activity, Radical Roach, Karateka, and some music. $5 minimum gets you some bigger loot, with Blades of Time, Drakensang, Constant C, and Blood Bowl Legendary Edition. Pretty worth it at least for Blood Bowl. ____________________
