I keep getting the Pixel Shader error once I get into gameplay.
I (somewhat) fixed this issue by changing the Backend option in Graphic Settings to OpenGL, I still get the error but it appears in a time range from 5 seconds to 3 minutes, the Ice cave race not even giving me an error once.
Short: Change the Backend to OpenGL and it should be playable.

Oh my god, there is much Voice Acting in that file, I'm sure that it's more then 90%, there is even alot of Endgame stuff.
Sadly, we still don't know how it ends, but this is the biggest find since the Leaks.

I don't even know where to start.
This is so damn awesome, but...
The Northern Wastes song is either missing or it IS version 1, which is very screwed up.
Is it possible to properly restore it? |

Aww, to bad.
But still, this is so awesome.
It seems like Star Fox Adventures recycled almost all tracks and only made new tracks for Star Fox-things.
Also, that Galleon Theme near the end sounds very 'The end'-ish.
And the Title song seems to be missing completely, I wonder why?
EDIT: 'A programm', does it refer to FL Studio or something entirely different? |

Wasn't 83 out for some time? It would also be rather unfitting for a title, wouldn't it?
I would imagine it for something like Opening-Credits or Attract-Mode (Or what it's called). |

No doubt this is Dinosaur Planet stuff, there is tons of unused Krazoa stuff, it could be either a redesigned Warlock Mountain (There are similarities) or the mention Krazoa Palace/shrine from the DP script.
EDIT: This is where the Krazoa stuff starts.
There's also a SFA-like Cloudrunner fortress, the connected racing track, but totally different, Sabres Northern Wastes.
I'm a bit unsure about the Krazoa-Warlock theory

Warlock Mountain indeed got a complete makeover, including dozens of Krazoa statues.

| I don't think that 'The Wind Waker' does that too, looking at the map models reveals them in a whole piece instead of being split up. |

Can you atleast give us some kind of hints?
EDIT: Something interesting.
The folder 'Swaphol' has a copy called 'Copy of Swaphol' and its mod files work.
I have no idea how early that stuff might be, someone has to compare as I'm not too familiar with the SFA maps yet.
EDIT: Mod 41 in the root appearantly has an Krazoa test chamber (There are Krazoa fountains which I don't recall in SFA) while the mod 41 from the folder 'animtest' seems to be broken as the models are very screwed up beyond recognition. |

Well then, I'm very eager for new Randorn stuff, he needs more love. ;w;
The 'Desert' folder (Mod 7) also work, it has some weird passages/halls.
EDIT: The folder 'gpshrine' doesn't work but the root mod files work (43) and in there is Starfox Adventures Test of Observation which was SFA only.
EDIT: mod 8 in the root features tons of new Krazoa stuff (I hope, it's new)! |

Oh my god, I'm so damn happy now, I really hope that we can uncover more Krazoa stuff, it's by far the most interesting (See, Warlock Mountains make-over).
I really should make a list of what file is what, maybe tomorrow. |

Seems like noone bothered to compare the Demo vice files with the final voice files.
I'm currently working on it, there are many altered (or sometimes totally different) files, for example:
The Queen EarthWalker was sick in the final, in the demo, however, she was hurt by the SharpClaw.
The scene would start with Fox instantly asking what happened to Trickys mother, he tells fox about the mushrooms and they go again, no General Pepper or ANY Starfox-related references. |

But otherwise, some also have more instruments and are slower?

The logo was already found, in the Model-swapping tutorial video.
It even has proper textures, there haven't been any other DP models though. (for yet, I hope) |
