Hello, thought I'd show my face here.

I'm having a little bit of trouble with the level importer. This is part of a (now unused) hub I'm making for my hack. Here's what it looks like on Sketchup:

And this is what it looks like in-game:

As you can see, the textures are completely wrong, and most confusingly, the stage is the wrong way round!

I can't get the waterbox below the level it is in the picture, whatever height number I enter. The bridge is littered with invisible walls and I can walk through the house!

So, yeah, if anyone knows how to fix these problems I'd be very grateful

DarkSpacer, I am using the latest version of the importer (v15) and no, I am not trying to texture both sides of the polygon. But I'll try your instructions, thank you.

And MinyaKang, you haven't set a proper death warp. You must do this in Toad's Tool.

I didn't stretch the outside wall. Unless you mean there shouldn't be one.

Congratulations on finishing this, Celux. I was glued to the laptop for about an hour after download. The only snag, for me, happened before the preview video of Sky Land Resort. I was working on an almost identical level, windmill and everything.

Ah well, yours is better anyway.

Thanks again for this amazing hack

Try using Project 64?

By the way, Metal Man doesn't like new topics... might want to check with him in future.

Thanks MarioCrash. I'm actually going to make the terrain bumpier, to give it a more natural look. The name sounds good, will give it some thought

I would very much like that indeed, Luxtra (I don't really like having the Bob-Omb Battlefield music playing on my beautiful level ). Send it to me on YouTube

Hello,

I have a problem with TT64. I added a signpost to one of my levels (course 1), and now it won't load. Here's a screenshot:

As you can see, complete white out. I waited half a minute, to see if it was just lag. No. It just won't load.

So how can I fix this?

Preview coming soon if I can help it

Luxtra, on the original SM64 I've done a full 120 star run in 4:03:26.

Not brilliant, really.

No problem Luxtra. But how exactly would I go about taking it from the rom?

Thanks Luxtra. Finally I can hear some nice music on my nice level instead of Bob-Omb Battlefield's icky music

Well done on finishing this, will certainly be a big help. I'm having a bit of a problem with it, though. The water only stretches to the previous boundaries. I can actually fall out of the waterbox (and walk back into it).

How can I fix this?

MarioCrash, very nice indeed. I think you're actually getting better than me at this already!

As for your transparent textures, I can see they're semi transparent in your screenshot. Did you just lower the opacity of them on Sketchup? Because the actual texture file needs to be semi transparent.

I'm having a problem with transparent textures too, they either appear as grey dots, or they don't appear at all

*Edit - I deleted the picture preview of course 1, as it has been majorly altered since that screenshot (the bit that leads to the floating platforms has been turned the other way round). Object placement has been set back a bit, but not too much, still 3 functioning stars*

Me again.

I don't know if this is the right place to put this, but I just made a little edit on Tile Molester (changing the Mario Head icon), and all went well, except for this:

Now I tried with and without a transparent image. No difference. How can I fix this?

Done. But how do I use this exactly? It says when I open it "You cant use this program by double clicking on it", and when I drag a rom to it, it doesn't do anything...
