You know, one of the rumors I heard as a kid was Mewthree. It was supposedly an evolution for Mewtwo (and you were supposed to evolve to that from Mew). It's quite odd how it's become a reality...sort of.

Posted on 04-23-13 11:19:47 PM, in BOC released some weird records (last edited by divingkataetheweirdo at 04-24-13 12:09:28 AM) Link
So, BOC decided to get creative and released some stuff. Specifically, they released 12 inch vinyl records containing robots cryptically speaking numbers and covers with stuff like ------/------/------/------/XXXXXX/------/.

As you can imagine, there are rumors flying all over the web about a new album coming out, as well as people trying to figure out what it all means.

Another snippet got released (699742), but it isn't known where this goes in the number pattern. (skip to 39:22 to hear the snippet)

Interesting. I'm not sure if these pictures would be in .jpeg files or something similar. I'll have to look through that with extraction tools, when I'm done with my busy schedule. Something similar was done with Elmo in Grouchland and I wouldn't be surprised if there were more hidden dev pictures in games.

1) What are you procrastinating about? Things in general?
2) What do you consider to be the best OS?
3) Have you heard of an old Mac shareware game called "Stick Willie (III)"?

3) Nope.

Here would be some gameplay footage of that.

Also, another question: Is there a game you vaguely remember playing, but can't remember the name of?

Make sense as one of hints BOC had was "cosecha", which is Spanish for "harvest". Nice to see that they are releasing an album in less than two months. Also, all the audio hint thingies have been released: Click here if you want to listen to all of them.

This whole thing started with a vinyl with the code "936557". That vinyl is selling for $4,350 as of this post , which is funny because it was sold for $20-ish and the eBay auction started at $0.99. Also, if you look in the auction history, someone attempted to bump that up to $10K. This isn't surprising considering how rare it is, but it's kind of ridiculous.

That's a really cool garage, and I bet he spent a 7-sum figure on all of that. I wonder if there's some (film) projector in there.

My avatar came from an Australian PSA, more specifically "Dumb Ways to Die". I was thinking of having a mood avatar set based off this video, but ultimately didn't do it.

And the vinyl has been sold for a good $5,700. The guy who sold that album now has some money to live when he's out of college, though, so I hope he's able to pay off some of those bills and whatnot.

Also, Japan is apparently getting the album a little earlier than everyone else, with a release coming out on June 5, as opposed to June 10 in Europe and June 11 in the U.S.

More or less what Gabu said. I'm not even sure if there's anything that supports 2160p resolution out on the market now. You can get one now, but there's probably not going to be a huge market until at least 5 years down the road.

On that note, that Premiere intro seen in Sonic Spinball's prototype was re-used for a prototype of Ren & Stimpy: Stimpy's Invention. Speaking of which, that was quite different from the final game, with many of stages not even present in the final game and the art of some of the stages is completely different.

X-Cult has a section on that, although the pictures are unusable, since they are largely .jpegs.

It should be noted "魔界" is usually translated as "Hell".

I'd have to agree with Mega-Mario, especially since rustedlogic has a few domains that have been bought. However, those either haven't been used recently or were never used in the first place.
