Incoming rant. Little stream of consciousness.

Fuck Hotwire. Do they really think two male adults, aged 47 and 17, want a goddamn single bed room? Did they not consider that the two may be, I dunno, father and son? And that maybe the two can't comfortably fit into a single king and it may end up being awkward as all fuck if they try?

I can see maybe if they're willing to try and change it or cancel and refund but they make no promises. What the fuck kind of customer service is that? And now the hotel desk attendants are pissed at us for wasting THEIR time. I find that to be absolutely absurd. No fucking refunds or cancellations.

Never using hotwire again.
