I was thinking it was probably safer to start a thread on jul before starting a page on TCRF

One definite find this, when the region is set to JAPAN, this message shows up on the screen when you begin playing http://i.imgur.com/2CsPKx1.png (Sorry for bad screenshot, not sure how to take good snapshots in nebula). On any other region (USA and IMPORT), it doesn't display http://i.imgur.com/L9vdoNV.png

As for unused content, tracks 8 and 10 in sound test sound unfamiliar (might be for highscore table/entry), as for sound 248

Playing around with the level selector, I happened to easily find the alternate ridley map, set event to 95, did qsave, kill samus, load up qsave. Sadly the only thing that happened was that the door locked right behind samus.

As usual, you have one bomb in the center and another floating around the place, but overall the room is pretty much dead with "beep, boop" as the bgm. It does exit outside the entrance to ridley's room, but re entering leads you to his usual room instead of the alternate

Mitch did show off the same room, yes. However, from what I can understand from Mitch's post, the room was loaded by messing with the options on the status screen. I don't think Mitch pressed select and scrolled through the list because you can load the room without going to the status screen.

At any rate, if I misunderstood, then I apologize.

Actually, I did press select on the level select menu, I thought you already knew that, which is why I didn't say anything about it, sorry.

And sorry for late response, I was on vacation for 5 days

Incase you want to go to the alternate ridley room, it should be under sr388 and be at the end of the list.

The Forgotten it begins, it's a game that literally no one on earth knows about from 1999 and it was supposed to get a sequel a year later, but never did, well, it almost did recently but due to trademarking it didn't.

How ever, the creator says there will eventually be a sequel, so we can sorta get hyped... well, I will...

Sadly he removed the comment afterwards, so who knows whether there will be a kickstarter or something.
