| On my monitor, the search results look like a train wreck and when I click on a picture to go to the page it's from, Google puts the image over the page and blows it up so it looks horribly pixelated. |

| $800 just for a checkup and shots? I take two of my cats at a time to a vet for a yearly checkup and shots and the bill is usually somewhere around $150 (about $75 for each cat). So, for all five, that's a yearly total of $375, still nowhere close to $800. Unless you just don't have any other vets in your area, I would suggest shopping around a bit. One of my two male cats, Hermes, is a really large polydactyl that hates getting his claws trimmed at the vet, and the last time we took him, he screamed and struggled so badly, it took two veterinary assistants to restrain him while the vet continued to clip his claws. He even peed all over the exam table. And yet, even with all that, the vet told us that he wasn't unruly enough to sedate. |

| Well, I have a Secret of Mana save file with every character at Level 99 and every Weapon and Spell powered up to its max. (And for the weapons, I mean the TRUE max, with the extra orbs that you find in the Mana Fortress - it took many trips in and out of that place to get them all.) |

| True, but she might be able to pay less if she can find a vet capable of handling the cats without anesthesia. Like I said, it took a vet and two assistants to restrain this gigantic dude of mine, and yet they did it and told me anesthesia wasn't necessary. |

My all-time favorite glitch is the big black void in the sky of Indiana Jones & the Infernal Machine. When you blow a hole in the wall of this pyramid I'm standing in here, it also makes a giant rectangular hole appear in the sky beyond the mountains. Now why is this my favorite video game glitch? It really says something about the developers' commitment to fixing glitches that they not only left it in there when it's that obvious, but also...  ...if you look very carefully, you can even see it on the friggin' stage select image!! |

  Girl in the pot in Secret of Mana gets rescued by another Girl.  Girl not in the pot, allows Boy to freely explore the Goblin camp. (Will still be rescued by a second Girl.)  Sprite in the pot is up to his head in stew. (Don't save your game if you do the Sprite version of this glitch because you won't be able to get the Spear.) |

| I hate to say this, but sometimes I think the most fun thing about running a website is seeing the crazy search terms that lead to my site every day. The internet can be a really sad, and/or strange place sometimes... I have whole pages of crap I'd gladly delete in an instant if it weren't for the fact that they're search term comedy gold mines. |

| Another one of my favorites is the Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest Castle Crush glitch. I got the game to do all kinds of weird crap with that. Usually, it just crashes, but every once in a great while, Diddy will turn into a glitched-up boss character for several seconds, and then game will either freeze or crash. |

| From my hours of experimenting with that glitch, it looked to me like what was happening is that the game was attempting to replace the empty "air" in Diddy's hands with the nearest sprite. If the nearest sprite is an enemy, then that enemy is moved into Diddy's hands which inevitably results in him taking a hit, but doesn't usually affect the game in any other way. If the nearest sprite is that Rambi barrel, however, that's when you get all kinds of crazy things to occur. It seems like it specifically tries to load boss data, (I've seen Diddy turn into Klubba, the giant Sword boss, and the giant Bee boss), but I don't know why it tries to load boss data instead of just Rambi. |

| Swordless Link in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time - That has a lot of interesting effects. One time I used the "items on Epona" glitch (which occurs as a result of Swordless Link) to dismount Epona in the middle of the Gerudo Valley Archery Range with the minigame activated. I took aim at the center of one of those big targets and bullseyed it every time for a perfect score. The minigame ended and much to my surprise, it actually counted it and I won the Biggest Quiver! For the longest time, that was the only way I had ever gotten that quiver, but I recently got it the legitimate way the last time I played the game. I also like the glitch in that game that allows you to walk up the seamline of the hill near Hyrule Castle. I even have some screenshots of it:     You can see how just being on a slightly higher land elevation, the "illusion" of Hyrule Castle starts to fall apart. |

| If you bump up the difficulty of Silent Hill 2's puzzles to Hard, it seems like some of the puzzles you get are specifically designed to force you to buy the Strategy Guide or call the Konami hint line. Unless you just want to spend hours trying hundreds of different lock combinations. |

| That reminds me of that bumper glitch in the Skull Woods Dungeon of A Link to the Past - that's what led me to find those unused Skull Tiles. I also liked the "Swimming Under the Ground" glitch Donkey Kong 64 that would let you take certain Kongs to places they wouldn't normally be able to go (like the Banana Fairy Palace), and also to find that hidden cockpit room under DK Isle. |
