I posted a draft of this a long while ago. Since then, I made some major improvements to the writing thanks to some feedback from Hiryuu (whatever his name is now) and other friends who gave it a rigorous look-over. I'm not yet up to the end of that old draft, let alone beyond it, but please check out the story again even if you remember what happened last time. Anonymous reviews are enabled on my FP account, so you can comment here or there.

Another update should be on its way this month. Writer's block and general distraction held me up for a while.
