So yea...not but another few hours for some of us left.

Those of your who are sober enough to watch in front of an atomic clock tonight, don't forget to watch out for second number 60 as the last one of 2008. We've got a leap second at the end of the year.

Any resolutions to make beforehand or...?

I made a resolution last year to not make any resolutions in following years, and I've stuck to it pretty well.

New Years really doesn't bug me that much. It's just another day, after all

That leap second thing is really weird. Someone told me about it yesterday and I had no idea what they were talking about. As for resolutions? Talk on IRC more, play more video games, and post more

Yeah I won't be doing anything tonight but playing Disgaea 2 and maybe Persona 3 FES...

Last year I was with Emily and got a little drunk...
the year before that I don't recall who I was with...
and the year before that I drank with my friend John and his friends and family.

First year in a while I'll be sober for New Years!

I never end up making resolutions because I never follow through with them. I figure, why change? I'm fine as is and it's not like I have a problem or anything. I guess if I DID make a resolution, it would be to be online a bit less than I normally am. I am on quite a lot.

Nope, they say if you're sober enough, it'll count like this: (11:59: )57, 58, 59, 60, (12:00: )00.

I didn't drink soda for almost a full year like I said I was going to do back at 11:59 of last year. Might do it again for next year.
