You have to enable auto-updating on layouts in your profile for that to happen, otherwise the old versions are still there.

And here's the fixed code, just copypasta. the below code is the header code (you may wanna just quote me [if you can't see the text] and get everything WITHIN the bold tags and remove the <z> tags)

The IE thing is because I used a transparent PNG for the post background, and IE doesn't support them, as far as I know. I'll be updating it soon.. I would use a different background from NSMB, but that was the only one I had that tiled vertically and horizontally, other than the underground BG (I may try that).
