I have a comic, yes. But it doesn't have a plot, and it desperately needs one. D=

My dilemma is to the right. I suck at making these things last long.

So, if someone would be willing to help me out, that would qualify for more than twenty levels of awesome. And in my book, there's only about twenty-five.

There was originally two panels of blankness, between the whining explanation and realization, just for timing effect.

Anyways, I think I could give you some small strip ideas. Dunno about whole plot writing. Maybe.

Take a look at some of the comics posted here. Simple humor, witty and striking lines, interesting characters. Look at Pablo Fransesco's perfomance or read comic books. Watch television shows, make notes of what hits you in the funneh place.

It'd be nice if you asked for something a little more specific than "a plot."
For example, what genre would you like? How serious do you want it to be? Who are the main characters you want to use? What is the setting? (Etc...)

I might be willing to help, but I'd like a general idea of what I would be writing first.

Here's an idea. Be as original as possible. Don't base it off vidya game characters if at all humanly possible.
Go outside the box, and don't use sprites, unless you're absolutely confident that it's not going to suck. Most of the time, sprites cannot properly display emotion, feeling, or a sense of drama in comics, and still remain serious. I say this, because by your wording, seriousness is something you're looking for.

I'd pretty much agree with what Raoh said...

It's difficult enough with 'yet another sprite comic' if that's what this is aiming for. Most of the ones anyone will see anymore are hardly original in that aspect and tells a story no one really finds interesting.

Last one I saw that seemed to do it right was Kid Radd...

That's because Kid Radd technically wasn't a sprite comic, in that it used 100% original characters.
