Download the SM64 ROM project from x run it and go into the castle, then activate BOTH Level Select (Snowman's Land) and Moon Jump, then go into one of the doors that lead to the basement, then press A at the Act Select screen, then press L and QUICKLY PRESS R and hold them until the level starts. Volia!
