What would that be...that he's outside the 250K tax bracket and that being in that 250K tax bracket would drop a nice hefty tax increase slash fine on him?

That's technically true, if only at the moment. He doesn't currently make that much a year. However, that's beside the point that you miss entirely. The POINT...if you BOTHERED to actually listen to Joe in some of the discussions earlier this morning...was that he plans on branching out into a company that would put him into that $250K+ tax bracket. THAT would put him under fire for taxes under what Obama plans to do with the whole '95% of $250K-' spiel.

So he would be affected if he were in this position that he plans on getting himself into. Furthermore, this means that it's going to drop anyone wanting to push for their own business to be hounded by this very same fact. This isn't going to push for any expansions of jobs to further people that are self-employed and that wish to branch out when they're hearing of taxing coming from Obama and him being all spread the wealth with whatever he thinks we have for money right now when we're in an economic crisis.

I still don't get how everyone says he lost that debate last night. Majorly, at that. Most of what Obama said was covering up falsehoods to make sure that he was solid as a wall for defense and make McCain to look like the crazy one for throwing around correct accusations. A lot of this was fact checked by a lot of places (Fox News , radio, etc.) this morning as it was. But I guess long as people believe that Obama's right...I guess that means that he won so maybe that's what they meant...

Look up some sound bytes with Joe. The mass media and the demmies in the Obama campaign will smear this before the week is out...so get your information before it gets buried.

Of course he hasn't defined what exactly small is. He can define it any way he wants to then given the situation so he can change his mind about it just like all the other issues he has.

If he wanted to, when he's elected, he could easily swap the 250K line for 150K going 'oh well maybe I was wrong here' and end up screwing that same thing up. That 250K line is arbitrary and there really isn't a difference between an individual making 240K versus an individual making 260K to be taxed differently.

All they're doing is assuming Joe can't do that well. They believe he's incapable and that he's not worth that much and that's why they're writing it off like they think they can. Keep in mind that when they rub him out, they're rubbing out A LOT of people in his very same predicament.

And Obama said he'll cut taxes for specific brackets. What's your point, exactly? McCain could just as easily decide to not cut taxes as Obama could to start cutting more or less. Your point has no traction at all. None.

McCain also said he had no problems with leaving our troops in Iraq for 100 years, calling Obama a coward for even considering withdrawing. Then after Obama spoke with their prime minister, who agreed that pulling out responsibly in 16~ months was a good idea, McCain suddenly shifted gears and decided that that was suddenly also a good idea!

Maybe you should consider what your canidate has been flip-flopping on before starting to decide that another one might suddenly decide to change his mind without any evidence at all of that even being a possibility!
