I figured since so many people use the Mood Avatars, we could probably post a simple link to the base location of them and tell where we got them from.

I got these from a flash posted on page 24 of the Town Donut/Square/Blargg/Potato/whateverthefuckhaveyou.

Uh...it's a matter of being able to crop at a specific width and height.

I'm just using 150x150 shots and they do a decent job. Just make sure that your avas don't look like crap (some of mine do due to the rip in the vids) and you'll be fine.
