I got the graphics and Joe coded it. People with slow machines and crappy video cards will probably not like it. I hope everything works right. We tested it in the profile and it seemed to work.

I thought that it was a little tall.

I know the star has ADHD.

Mario doesn't have actual graphics for talking in Paper Mario 2 since he never talks.

Maybe I'll change the jerky star later if I'm not to lazy.

There is the first problem with it.

Concept is nice but it doesn't seem executed right at all. As stated, needs to stretch and also is a bit choppy.

Simply do what I did: Constantly tweak it until it's better.

Of course, I've spent countless hours doing so on mine and still am not done (Truthfully, my only real obstacle is the 'acceptable' amount of space my layout can use, as I can continue to style more and more precisely to ensure it looks the snappiest), and additionally my layout stretches in both directions, big to small. Yours is fairly static and therefore on my widescreen monitor it looks very tiny and crushed, and on a tiny 640 by 480 it might look all broken and too big.

So, basically, it needs serious work, you COULD make it stretch all the way if you used a more repeatable top and bottom. I've dealt with funky image borders before, you just need more code and some slight edits for it to be more acceptable.

I suggest that if you are too lazy to make it better soon, you should either get rid of it (Save it for later if you plan on fixing it) and stay layout-less or make a new layout.

Warning: If enough people don't like you, even though you didn't break the rules enough to get banned, you'll probably get banned any way. Having a bad layout will make more people not like you, and make those who already don't like you hate you even more.
If you do get banned, there's always another community out there that's probably better for you.
If you don't get banned, you can always change. When I first joined, I was worse than you*, and I didn't get banned, so I had time to get used to the community and the way I should act. This could happen to you as well.

*This was caused by my past internet experience...

Eh. I know how people get banned, and it's generally disregarding the rules and being a jerkoff. Teconmoon's had his ups and downs, but has yet to push the threshold.

Though taking that layout down and working on it later is likely to prevent it from being removed the hard way, so I agree that was a good thing to do.

If you need any help, Teconmoon, I learned quite a bit about making layouts for here in my hours and hours of time spent making this layout fit right.
