I started hacking UFC Throwdown for PS2 & was trying to find all the values for both the Player 1 & Player 2 Modifiers. While I was experimenting with with various values, I found a character slot for Vitor Belfort that shows a picture of a guy wearing camo face paint. When the game loads, the player will be stuck in one position with his arms extended & won't be able to move or attack. Once the frozen game model is attacked, the game will freeze.
