The most popular spinoff Acmlmboard is Vizzed.
It's been around for quite a long time, but the original Acmlmboard code has been modified quite a bit, and it doesn't have many ties with communities related to Jul or the original Acmlm's Board. The community and its purpose are also quite different than the typical Acmlmboard. It's a bit of a mess, and I wouldn't recommend looking too closely. ____________________ layout by Sofi. |

Yes, that looks like 0.7, and some data from around that time (the memberilst shows ~300 posts for Acmlm). All of the posts and threads are gone, though; maybe intentional? http://speedrun.com is done by peterac who used to be here (or just "pac" now I guess); it very heavily borrows from Acmlmboard roots, including some of the themes:

I know I'm late to the party (again), but Happy Birthday Jul!
Like others here, I was a part of the I1 Acmlmboard boom in the early 2000s. The Cliff's Notes version of my story is in my first post here, and it's fun seeing what's become of the Acmlmboard "culture" these days. Like I've mentioned in the past, Acmlm's was my first internet forum ever, and there's still nothing quite like it anymore. As much as I miss the unified community that I1 and I2 brought with it, I'm just glad the communites and entities that made them worthwhile are still alive and kicking. Here's to 10 more years.  |
