Not only it happened, it took, at least me, over two weeks to notice.
2016-10-31 was Day Zero.
That is, no new posts were posted on that day. Discounting two days in 2007 the forum was probably down for, this is a first in Jul history.

Not surprised though. A couple days ago, it was probably the busiest I've seen in a while. I suspect part of that is the lack of time people put into their posts. And even though many of the people coming here are from TCRF, posting there has only become slightly more frequent.
