| I don't celebrate Christmas anymore, but when I was younger, I always waited 'till Christmas morning to open them.
Any other time just didn't seem right. :/ |

| I open presents from everyone but my parents on Christmas eve, as we go around visiting the various Christmas parties of different family branches, which I just got back from, and parent's gifts are opened Christmas day and we don't have to go anywhere. It's nice to get all the moving around done an Christmas Eve, although I still enjoy the parties even though I'm not a people person. ____________________ Now I have a signature. Don't count on a layout though, I'm far too lazy. |

Jul - Post #1896 - 12-25-07 12:17:43am I don't open stuff until Christmas morning, but thanks to my father's total cluelessness as to what I wanted, and some dogs who couldn't resist opening the damn boxes, I know most of what I'm getting anyway.  Oh well, there's still a few things left I can't identify, and he's probably bought me a few other nice things as well.
So far I can be almost sure of:

We tend to do it on Christmas Day, before heading out to all the family events that are on. Generally my brother and I go to Mum's place and when we're all there we do it.
Then we head out to wherever we're going (this year my step-Uncle's first, then my Aunt's) and eat all the food  ____________________ |
