to access it is simple: find the cursor value on main menu and change it to 11 or higher:
0 - New Game
1 - Load
2 - 2P Duel
3 - Trade
4 - Option
5 - Campaign
6 - Free Duel
7 - Build Deck
8 - Library
9 - Password
10 - Save
11 or higher - Debug Menu



I haven't explored much but,some options seem to crash,some options require u to press X and change the value with directional buttons then X again to work. Also if u press SELECT ,theres a 2P DUEL option.

If anyone finds anything else,please post here

As a side note: The jap version seems to have a PocketStation option on the Option menu,idk how to emulate one so if anyone can check it id appreciate.

EDIT: Apparently u can get all the cards in game legitly with the PocketStation:

Well i can confirm that the debug menu is there via an emulator (XEBRA) which supposedly works with a seperate pocketstation emulator (PK210) but I sadly can't find an iso of the Japanese version to try it. I might look through the actual files to see what i can find.
