I saw someone opened up the game data in Game Maker and viewed some unused levels for the game. How could I do this myself?

There is a GameMaker Decompiler, not really hard to find on the internet, once you get it, just run it and you will get a gmd/gmk/gm81 file that you can use to see the files of hotline miami
