Also, considering that some threads have a name that don't really hint at anything ("Well, fine" for example), It won't really let those get ideas of what the staff are discussing, yet let the staff know when a new thread is there to look at.

I already made an mIRC script that blocks all new-post reports (but not new-thread and new-user reports), I suppose it could be modified to block only staff-post reports rather easily.

Well, new post reports sometimes make it hard to see normal chatting so I just block them for both Jul and "board2". I leave new-thread and new-user reports because those are sometimes more important...I suppose.
