I do that, but not in the stay-up-because-I-have-all-the-free-time-in-the-world sense.

With 45-hour weeks in a real job, it's not uncommon that I get days that I stay up at least 17 or 18 hours, getting up at 5:30AM. I've had a few sleepless (3 hour or so) nights in a row over the past two weeks and it finally caught up with me yesterday and I ended up hitting the bed 15 minutes after I got home. It was 11PM next thing I knew.

Best I've done is 36 hours straight years ago.

Most I ever stayed up is around 25 hours, mainly because I am it's unintentional and due to the fact that I am really sleepy everyday.

I'm currently going on 31 hours and counting right now, only because it's finals week and my two toughest were/are today. Come about 5:30 pm CST (after my last final) I'll either be crashed or super hyper... I'm hoping hyper because I have a lot of shit I want to get done today.

I have a tendency to stay up late, generally due to insomnia. I frequently cannot sleep until 2 or 3 in the morning, despite efforts to try otherwise.

I've recently been prescribed sleeping tablets to try to help with this, and to try to build a routine I've been taking them early and going to bed at about 10.30. But without them I just go straight back to being unable to sleep till 3am

Sort of. My Mum does that too. Can you go to sleep easily again afterwards?

I wake up during the night a bit too, but I think at the moment that's a bit of a temperature thing. It's hot. I've started sleeping on the futon in my lounge room now because it is air conditioned.

I've been trying to go to bed around the same time (12:00-3:00 AM) lately, but that doesn't stop me from waking up 12 fucking times in a fucking row (like tonight; haha, that went well).

BMF seems to go to bed a little later than I do, though.

No matter how much sleep I get, I always seem to be tired. That doesn't stop me from trying not to be tired though. On days I need to go to school, this means from 10-6. Although I usually bend that 10 a little, just below 8 hours of sleep should be enough dammit. And I'm still tired when I sleep more than that too.

Besides that, no real amazing feats. I've stayed up all night several times though, if I have something to occupy myself with, I'll do it without any difficulty.

Maybe I'll do that after getting Galaxy and everything.

Try working 40 hours in 3 days, meanwhile having to stay up for school. I can stay up for 2 days straight doing things, though seriously bad for my health, I make up for it on my days off with 14+ Hours of sleep. If its over 24 hours I get ULTRA cranky and fall asleep very shortly afterwards.

If I get 5 hours of sleep I'll be fine as long as I can sleep later on, like in the car on the way to work or someplace.
