If you go near to the map value address (0x69 in this case) try FF'ing out everything above and under it without getting too close to things that look string like, save the game, reload it and if it works retry checking those things.
Congrats, it seems you will be able to do it with your save. I've did it with the save you gave me.
Just, instead of finding .c201 try finding .c202. Then follow the same process, although, there will be no 8 bytes of signature before the coords. Just try finding the pattern of changing values below some rows after the .c202 string on the 3rd entry (or the one after the entry that have the s1z_idle... string).
Here it's the proof with well......

The first battle ever on the 7th. I don't know how, what I did was to change all active members of the party, then put Snow back as the leader, when getting close to the bad guys, the game didn't let me go with an invisible wall and a loading disc icon popped in the top left corner of the screen, after accidentally pausing and going back the monsters appeared.
After the battle an empty message appeared and it warped me back to the beginning, in front of the northeast switch. It was a hunt.
EDIT: This is the save VIRGIN KLM gave me, but modified to enter the 7th, Nemesis, Switch Event and it seems to have opened the door of Area A (I think it was locked), now this area fully renders, but only if you warp to it from the right spot (Other edit: if the rooms beyond doesn't render try going to the bottom of the area you warp in). All elevators do work. The door of area B it's still locked. The game will not render the area if the door is locked.

Remember using .c202 instead of .c201 for warping. Going to the northest part of Area A will trigger a cutscene of a giant invisible enemy jumping from the upper platforms in the room. Maybe the replaced 00 with FF activated that too.
Now, you can have my ultimate warping guide, just place your character in the same spot of the arrow, facing in that direction.

About Area D, I've tried the 2nd Axis between -20000 and 20000, but it did not render.
