Recently "remastered" and released as a digital download for practically every platform, strangely enough, using the European title. Anyone know if it's based on the 3DO or the PC version? If it's the former, the easter eggs might still be there, depending on how "remastered" the game is.

It's based on the PC version, which is made obvious by the use of the game's original score. The remastering itself is pretty much just the updated graphics, control schemes, and sound effects, as well as the addition of difficulty levels.
