I've kept this under wraps for a while and I've been given permission to reveal it, as I participated as Lead Communications Manager between both parties and wrote the following information for SMW Central's home page.

Both Jul and TCRF are being acquired by SMW Central. Quoted from their site;

Beginning tomorrow, the Jul and SMWCentral.net forums will merge and be renamed ||board2, and TCRF will be renamed The Cutting Room Central. We're excited to relive the fun posting (and hacking!) experience as one united site.

Both sites will be merged and everyone's post counts and history will be preserved. Ikachan will unfortunately be removed per SMWCentral's request. We'll also be removing any secret forums that contain questionable content. Please make backups and take your screenshots for posterity while you can.
