So, this is from a TIM image inside the Little Ralph iso I ripped with TimView+
04b_0054.tim
(4 bit TIM + CLUT) ripped from offset 28866292
FileSize:14624 BufferX:768 BufferY:144 Width:64 Height:112

I have no idea how to make TimView+ shift the bytes manually to make it look unscrambled, like when I modify the width under Crystaltile to align the images. (It doesn't seem Crystaltile can open it too).
If anyone know how to do it, that would be very welcome.

So it seems this is a screen from some promotional demo. In Japanese, with the "New" Company logo and a June 1999 release date.

In an amazing coincidence, I did just that yesterday with the latest Timview version.
I could also find demo leftover screens for a couple of other PS1 games.
