I made a new layout since I felt like the previous one was starting to wilt, if you will. This new one uses a background from gimei which features birds. This new layout’s “notable” (in the context of Sofi layout designs) for using box shadows to create this sorta “window shadow” effect, kind of reminiscent of post-2000s operating system UI compositing trends.

One major change is I shifted the signature over to the right, taking a cue from the layout I made for The Red Snifit, and then faded it slightly.

I tried widening this layout, which was cool, but the result was it downplayed the background too much and covered up a bunch of the fun colorful bits so I changed it back.

Your new layout stretches the page horizontally by an insane amount in IE 8 and since I have to use IE 8 at work this is hella bugging me. Please fix it so I can be more productive while reading the forums at my job

I can't really upload a screenshot from here since basically every image host is blocked, but I'm probably the only person who ever reads Jul using IE 8 at any time anyway.

Maybe some day Sofi Layouts™ will feature compatibility CSS files for workplaces using out of date software, but for now we will only cater to the modern user. Sorry. :J

You are recommended to use CSS to control line wrapping.
Use "white-space: nowrap" to inhibit wrapping in place
of inserting <NOBR>...</NOBR> into the markup.
