I just remembered the article for Stealth Assassins. This Japanese demo [PAPX-90029] has a debug menu as well. I haven't played it in a long time, but for those interested, or more familiar with the series, knock yourself out and explore away.

Debug Menu:
Press Start to pause game play. Hold L1 + R2 and press Triangle, X, Square, Circle, X(4), Triangle(4), Square, Circle. A sound will confirm correct code entry. Resume game play and press L2 + R2 to enable the debug menu.

Guy who did most of the Tenchu page here. Thanks for this, I wasn't aware there was a demo, especially one with access to the debug mode. I'll definitely make use of this once I have time to get back into TCRFing.
