What is this filter you speak of?

It's disabled now, but it filtered any post with a specific image in it to nothing but that image and "Excessive post content removed".

Every time we feel like re-enabling the original graphic, somebody's abusing ways to get around it, so rather than remove it the restrictions get tighter.
