I can easily imagine this being nationwide... In fact, D.C. has already considered this. I don't really drink sodas myself (I prefer vitmain water), but geez...
I can sort of see where they're coming from on this, but I'm not sure it's the right approach. Taking away people's over-sized soda containers isn't going to stop people from wanting them. The ideal thing would be to educate the public on proper attitudes towards soda so that they choose for themselves not to consume so much of it. But of course, that's not going to happen because America!
I can agree with this. If a person is used to having X quantity of something, forcing them to get a smaller size of that something won't change their behavior of wanting X amount. I mean, in this case, its soda. You could ask for a damn refill.

I wonder what the charge was? Spying?
I heard on the news about teaching men not to rape, I thought it was quite obvious to me. |

Probably industrial espionage, but 20 years? Some dudes from China got sent to jail for eighteen months for trying to steal a company's formula for a certain type of glass... and that, I think, would've been more damaging than someone leaking a gaming system's specs.
It's not like it was a government-related crime or anything... it was a private company. Not a government office.
He SHOULD go to jail since he broke the law and a ton of NDAs (which would probably lead to civil fines, not jail time, unless I'm mistaken here) but... 20 years is ridiculous. What kind of laws do Aussies have over there?

I find them all to be typical stereotypes, even the original valley gal Barbie.
Hawaii Barbie should look Hawaiian but, they were never known to be realistic anyway.
I actually think the classic Mexican dolls look pretty neat.
Disclaimer: I'm actually Mexican. :p
