I'm trying to rip some .lls graphics from Legoland with Tile Molester but they don't align properly. I'm viewing them in 15BPP RGB (555). I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or if Tile Molester is doing something wrong. I've attached a sample below.

The files are compressed with something resembling RLE. Tile Molester cannot read compressed graphics.

The compressed data is divided into three sections. The first section is run-removed pixel data, which is what you're seeing in Tile Molester. The second section seems to be run lengths. I haven't figured out what the third section is.

So far, one of the more promising-looking things I've gotten out of it is this:

I'm done working on this for now. I'll have to find a copy of Legoland in order to figure the rest of it out.
