I found this ~secret menu item~. I have no clue what it does. The PAR code is 87C9DA38.

I figure it has something to do with modifying units because of the "AT" and "DF" columns, but the rest is a mystery. Does anyone who's played this game more than I have want to mess around with it?

It's the same for both 2P and 4P games. P1 and P2 in this case might stand for something else.
