Taco Bell doesn't even really disturb my stomach. It's really weird!
McDeath and Taco Hell are great stomach and bowel cleansers. Whatever weird kind of oil they use does -not- play nice with my digestive system. (The interwebs say canola and soy. Go figure.)
I'm Mexican. My usual meals are composed of 50% lard. Then again, American filtered water makes me sick too. 
I guess the Doritos tacos could be considered a guilty pleasure. God damn those are tasty. And now I'm hungry.

I want to try one of these sometime. I remember trying a black taco (or whatever it was) and... it was good, but there was something in it that isn't in their normal hard/soft tacos that I didn't particularly care for.

Without getting too specific, I do like some media that's much more juvenile and/or raunchy than most people would expect of me. For the sake of having some general examples, some YouTube poop, stupid old Flash animations, and nostalgic kids' shows come to mind.
I don't usually feel guilty when I'm watching these, but I tend to avoid telling people about it.
As for a different type of guilty pleasure, I feel like I have a tsundere relationship with a handful of things, such as the 2004 film of The Phantom of the Opera musical, Final Fantasy VII, and Homestuck, in that I absolutely despise them on an objective level, yet I enjoy them on an emotional level anyway.
These are less likely to surprise people if they find out that I like them, but the "guilty" aspect is definitely stronger and more personal. |

I tried one of the Doritos tacos the other day. It was good enough, but I was dumb and got it with sour cream, so it kinda clashed there. I might try it again without sour cream.
Also, the fandoms are making My Little Pony and Homestuck (yes, my main fandom...) into semi-guilty pleasures for me. Even though I shouldn't really feel guilty for liking them...there are just so many idiots/assholes in both fandoms, and I hate being associated with them. I've been outright judged solely for saying I enjoy them (as in, people refuse to talk to me because I like one or both of them).
I hear you on that. I used to think it was just the vocal minority that's were being the dicks in the MLP fandom, but then I realized that every 'brony' not tied to a specific community are just sheep waiting for Equestria Daily to tell them how to act, any they tell them to bombard everyone who does so much as mention the show.
It's a mess the fandom. And it annoying because the show comes from a real good place and if people just take the shows lessons as well as act as a individual (which I completely understandable is hard in such a large group) then I wouldn't need to say MLP is one of my guilty pleasures as well.
