I'm new here on the forums, but I've been on TCRF for awhile, so here we go:
I was looking through the LSW iso (the Wii one, but it shouldn't make a difference which iso I look through seeing that all of the Wii-exclusive content was in its own folder) when I found levels.txt. It included this little bit here:

Clearly, they're test levels. When actually looking at the level data in-game, these test levels appear to be intact, but inaccessible.

I've also found a badwords.txt file in the Stuff folder, which is just a bunch of "bad words." I don't know when or where the game would need these, unless it's when you make name your custom characters...

Also throughout the iso are many references to X-Box, X-Box 360, Playstation 3, Playstation Portable, PC, and Gamecube. These are mostly font files, but it's interesting nonetheless.

The DS version has a debug code and of the options is "testlevel" trying to access it results into a "the game cartridge has been removed screen"

I remember hearing about these test levels/unused stuff! Sadly, modding the games never seemed to catch on... (they're super fun! why not :p ), but I do remember some other sites/forums having a little more research into the games and some of its unused content. Not very much though. Don't remember how much of the stuff ever got loaded.

Bump. This is important:
In a text file titled "collection", there is information to how characters become available for purchase and how much they cost. There is one character who is listed that does not appear in the game at all: Darth Plagueis, who is mentioned in the Revenge of the Sith movie. It says the following, coming between R2-Q5 and Indiana Jones:

; Not allowed - aw!
;collect "darthplagueis" 100_percent

Darth Plagueis is in fact partially programmed into the game. According to his in-game character data, he uses The Emperor's voices and can do nearly everything possible, from bounty hunter abilities and on. In comparison to other characters, however, he is missing a few files.
