Hi guys,

First post here, love the website... I was surprised though that nobody has documented the deleted video scene from the original Command & Conquer that was apparently not included in the game due to a typo in the game code.

From (vague) memory, the scene involves a televised warning from Dr. Mobius regards the danger that the Tiberium threat posts, and cuts to a scene afterwards of a helicopter flying over a valley. In this next scene, we actually see some of the visceroid creatures that didn't appear in the game until Tiberium Sun.

The files could be viewed years ago by a piece of software called XCC Player (or something like that).

There is is lots of unused stuff in the old C&C games. I haven't gotten around to documenting any of it yet, but I have used XCC Mixer to check out the unused stuff before joining this site. I also use it for Lands of Lore 2, which is one of three games I am currently working on when I have free time (and not playing video games).

I have all the C&C games so I will get to them eventually. That is unless you or someone else decides to get to them first.
