So this is going to be kind of a half unused thing dump which I'd like to have people help with I guess so I can plop them on the wiki, I guess. Like most of my minds, it's just a thing dump of all around the internet:

I already posted the unused Big Show face. However, I need to see if The Rock face with the raised eyebrow is the same one that's briefly used in the intro cutscene or not, which is why I haven't posted it up yet.

The extra Create-a-Wrestler slot is actually related to the entire unused Championship Mode. This exists, but I lost the code long ago and I can't document the storyline path without it. It also doesn't seem to show up anywhere that I've looked.

The Brahma Bull belt is new to me. I have no idea how to go into the game's textures to take a peek at this though.

Also, I found some codes a few times that listed some unused attire textures for wrestlers, but for the life of me I can't find it at all.

I didn't see The Rock raise an eyebrow in the intro as you mentioned, but I found more peculiar face textures. Rice's Video Plugin was used to rip these:

As you can see, there are actually four (or five, read the rest of this paragraph) alternate versions of The Rock's face, two of them with the raised eyebrow with slight differences in shading around the eyes. Face 7B is interesting in that it only has a proper palette for the brightest skin color, and no hairstyle works correctly with it. In spite of this, it looks like an early version of the Rock's face, and may have been used as a placeholder before all of them were finished.

So how exactly did you use Rice's Video Plugin to rip those? If it involves digging in the game data in any way, I could probably dive in and see if I could find more texture.

Also, that Rock raising an eyebrow was in Wrestlemania 2000, not No Mercy. Derp.

All I used was the "Dump textures to files" option of Mudlord's Rice Video Plugin, in conjunction with the CAW Face Modifier code you posted.

Oh OK, thanks Mattrizzle.

I had also found some codes for some unused attires while browsing the internet, but I'd have to figure out how to do some kind of modifier, if they're even implemented as wearable items.

If we can get into the game, I could fairly easily cross-reference what's used and unused. WWF No Mercy has been hacked quite a bit, but unfortunately, it's mostly just to make a bunch of arena mods, hacked moves, and attires. Still, though, it's quite possible someone had to notice something.

I used to meddle around with this game years ago. This is what I can remember off-hand:

The Brahma Bull Belt is indeed in the game; I was the dude that wrote that TV Tropes paragraph that you quoted. However, I don't immediately recall the code to see it. A little bit of Googling gives this:

It should alter the texture of the WWF heavyweight title to the Brahma Bull belt. It should work. If not, I can poke around some more.

Other things of interest:

Booker T's Spinaroony is in the game. It's a leftover from WCW/nWo Revenge, which this game's engine was based off of. There should be some other moves and taunts left over from earlier AKI wrestling games too. Full entrance motions (like in Wrestlemania 2000) are in the game also; if you recall, No Mercy doesn't have those. I think there's an alternate folding chair texture from one of the earlier games too.
