My grandmother just brought home this 6 1/2 week old kitty about...maybe two hours ago. We think it's a boy, and we do not have a name for it yet.
It also has no tail. 'Twas born that way! It's a manx, and my grandmother has a soft spot for manx cats (she's adopted them consistently ever since even before I was born). The other manx cats were grumpy, hissy things. I hope this one breaks the tradition.
Also, hydrapheetz, you can only be the godfather if you promise not to eat it or sit on it. :|

I have never had a cat--I am a dog person--Either way, they can be a whole lot of work, but I always seem to think that it is worth it. |

That cat is cute as hell though. It looks like a boy from the picture (I don't know why I think that. Probably the way the eyes are or something.)

Aw! My cat growing up was a manx with a stubby tail. He was really smart, quirky, and just an amazing guy all around. Sweet, but not needy. I'll never go for another breed of cat.
I have no name ideas, just happy to see other manx owners.  You should share more pics if you can. |
