Judging by the filenames and models present, I'd say those are just the ones from The Models Resource. I should know, because I submitted those Star Fox 64 models. (Those are all ripped via VMRL captures, as are most N64 models.)

But, do you still have this file: PSP Programmer Tool Runtime Library 1.0.3.7z ???

I program for the psp and this looks farily useful. It appears to possibly be the libs for the firmware on Jap launch psp's.

Now, I'm not very confident at all in my abilities in getting my hands on software like this, though I'm sure that access to the various Nintendo Wii and GCN devkits would revolutionize the Nintendo game modding scene.
