It's going to be really really hot on Monday, actually. We're talking upper-mid 80s here. I'm not a huge fan of temperatures that high but if your parents dig that, that's cool.

Mini heatwave here too and I think the temperature tomorrow won't be too different from Boston's, so... yeah. Everyone (myself, my parents and Sofi) will be soaking in some sun, whether we want to or not.

Windy as hell today. We didn't get the winter-like weather that some areas got, but... yeah, it was fairly brisk outside. We're not into the consistent spring-time temps yet.

It was super-windy out today.
So much that I didn't even go to school because it kept on throwing the front door open.

At least the generator kept it closed for the rest of the day until it finally died down around 4pm.

So in the last three days, we've had wicked winds, below-freezing temperatures last night, some rain, some snowflakes (nothing on the ground though) and... yeah, some hail too!

Seeing the vast majority of the posts depicting inclement weather of some kind, I feel it almost rude to say that I have been experiencing really nice weather. Of course, it has been slightly on the dry side, but who can complain with temperatures in the 70s (So no jackets, just t-shirts and a pair of jeans).

This ephemeral joy will only last until summer begins and the temperatures quickly soar into the 100s

We actually have had some really weird weather here of late.

From rain to hail to sunburn-level sun, back to hail, then freezing rain AND hail, in a single day. All of which occurred with five minute breaks of medium cloud cover.

All that comes to mind in response though is "Oh Oregon.."

Beginning of summer and all we're getting is massive downpours.

I'm OK with this, especially when I get caught out in one walking home. The only problem is that my jacket absorbs it all and I can't exactly heat it up to evaporate it.

Today was warm and rainy ... not something I particularly liked but a good reminder that May is here.

I feel like April was colder than March. But May is starting pretty warm, with a high of 86F on Friday.

Spring temperatures? We're already getting summer temperatures.


It's been threatening to rain a lot, with overcast skies and suspiciously dark clouds, but so far nothing has occurred. However, on the drive home from UCF, we ran into a rather interesting storm. It was a small area that lasted no more than 10 seconds to drive through, with heavy enough rain to require maximum wiper speed, and such a well-defined border that you could see the exact where on the road it was going to start and stop. Now that I think about it, I wish I could encounter a storm like that somewhere that wasn't the highway.
