Fixed a problem in sendprivate where a ' in a name would break things:

function checkusername($name){
$users=mysql_query("SELECT id FROM users WHERE name='".addslashes($name)."'");
$user=@mysql_fetch_array($users);
$u=$user[id];
if($u<1) $u=-1;
return $u;
}

It has no determining if it's already been addslashed (as all input is now), so it was double-addslashing things (one at load, one here). Adding a stripslashes() fixed it.

Unicode gone wrong, I guess ... Ω changed to the actual character when posting and that got encoded (with the browser to Unicode), it even looks fine if you set the encoding yourself
